Sign-in issues
Confirm Google Play Services are up to date for Google sign-in. For email OTP, check spam and wait a minute before requesting another code.
Camera / mic
Grant Camera and Microphone permissions in Android Settings → Apps → VidSfy → Permissions. Restart the app after changing permissions.
Import & storage
Allow media/photos access so VidSfy can import clips and write exports. Free up space if export fails.
Export problems
Keep the app in the foreground during export. Close heavy background apps. Try a shorter project if the device runs out of memory.
Effects preview
If preview looks wrong, set the effect/overlay/transition to None, then re-apply. Update to the latest app version when available.
Projects & account
Long-press a gallery item to delete a local project. To remove your account data, follow Delete Account.
